We respect your privacy and your right to leave no trace. Bunnyhug Studios provides full account and personal data deletion upon request, in compliance with BC PIPA, PIPEDA, GDPR, and CCPA standards.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data, please send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request (or Account Deletion Request)

In your email, please include:

Your registered email address;
Your in-game player handle or username; and
The specific game(s) you participated in (e.g., Quinella Derby, Hardle 16).

Processing Timeline & What Gets Deleted

Timeline: Account deactivation and identity disconnection requests will be acknowledged and processed within one (1) business day. Permanent scrubbing across backups is finalized within statutory timeframes (30 days max).
What is Deleted: Your login credentials, registered email address, player profile, avatar selections, active virtual coin balances, and chat history.
Statutory Exceptions: Non-sensitive transaction confirmation tokens required for legal, tax, or anti-fraud compliance are retained for statutory retention periods as mandated by corporate law.

Guest & Local Storage Data

If you play as a guest or play single-player puzzle games (like Hardle 16), your game streak, puzzle guesses, and audio settings are stored directly in your web browser's localStorage. You can immediately erase this data at any time by clearing your browser cookies and site data for bunnyhugstudios.com.
